SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship orders quickly from California, typically within 24 hours on business days.

Orders placed earlier in the day are often processed the same day. Please allow up to 1–2 business days during busy periods.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

We do not ship overnight at this time.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to guarantee delivery for orders with incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a package is returned to Casa Villa Arte due to an incorrect address, a refund will be issued minus original shipping and handling costs.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. If your package is missing after delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
